All Wellbeing Programs are presented with the highest integrity and personal responsibility and at the same time empower others to take full responsibility for their participation without any claim or recourse against Bright Spark Health.  All services are entered into by the participant and full responsibility taken by them for their experience of the Programs.

SHOP

We take the security of our transactions very seriously. That’s why we employ the latest SSL security technology for transferring all order related information.
We use PayPal gateway for all transactions. With PayPal, we offer customers a very secure and easy way to order products online. Over 148 million buyers worldwide look for PayPal when shopping online.
In order to protect our customers, we do not hold your credit card information for added security.

ORDERING PROCESS
Add your chosen products to the shopping cart, using the “Add to Cart” button.
You can view the items in your cart at any time by highlighting the “Shopping Bag” icon at the top right section.
When you are ready to check out and buy your items, select the “Proceed To Checkout” Button. You will be asked to enter your billing and shipping information.
Select “Proceed To PayPal” and be redirected to our PayPal account under our trading name of “Bright Spark Health”. Here you can make a secure payment using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex or a Paypal account.
We will send your order to the shipping address registered on your Paypal account or an alternative if provided with your credit card details.
All orders are sent via Australia Post. Items are generally dispatched within 24 hours.

DELIVERY
Most orders are sent within 24 hours of receipt.
Orders are dispatched from Queensland and generally on the east coast of Australia delivery takes 3 – 5 days and on the West Coast 5 -7 days.
International orders may take 14 days or longer to arrive dependant on the destination.

Australian Domestic Express Post: $15.00
International Postage and Handling: $25.00
Courier Charges for larger items (on application)
All orders sent by PACK & TRACK with tracking number supplied.
