We all want to live a long time. While no-one can control the length of our time on earth, we can control the choices we make. Here are ten key health protocols to help us achieve a greater level of well-being if maintained.

The following are ten simple keys to help you improve your health from today:-

Physical

  1. Exercise at least 3 times per week for 45 mins per session
  2. Eat non-processed foods, drink more quality water and drink less alcohol (max. two standard drinks daily)
  3. Sleep at least 8 hours a day

Mental

  1. Be aware of your thoughts, particularly your Inner Critic
  2. Be kind to yourself

Emotional

  1. 15 mins daily of Stillness/Meditation or Visualisation before you start your day
  2. Communicate your feelings to someone who can listen and understand and offer the same to others

Budwig Protocol

 

Dr. Budwig found that the health of your cells can quickly be reversed by consuming a mixture of cottage cheese (quark), flaxseeds, and flaxseed oil.

 

Cottage cheese is rich in sulphur protein and saturated fats and flaxseed oil is high in electron rich unsaturated fatty acids.  When cottage cheese and flax are combined together it makes the fats more soluble and can now easily be absorbed into the cell membrane healing your cells.

 

Dr. Budwig also discovered this wasn’t just effective in the treatment of cancer, but also in healing heart disease, diabetes, eczema, psoriasis, arthritis, hormone imbalance, and neurological conditions.

 

The Budwig protocol success rate has been claimed to be between 80-93% for chronic health conditions according to the Budwig organization.

How The Budwig Diet Works

 

First, STOP consuming processed fats, oils, and GMO foods.

 

Second, start consuming healthy unsaturated fatty acids and saturated fatty acids to repair the damaged cell membranes or in laymans terms, recharge your dead batteries!

 

In addition to consuming the Budwig protocol of Cottage Cheese, Dr. Budwig also recommended the following diet and lifestyle strategies to fight cancer:

  • Juicing Vegetables can give your body a large concentrated dose of enzymes, vitamins, minerals and antioxidant that can support the body in cancer recovery.
  • Frankincense Essential Oil was recommended by Dr. Budwig especially when it comes to fighting brain tumours.  Rub this essential oil on your body (neck area) 3x daily and take 3 drops internally 3x daily.
  • Sunshine Therapy with getting 30 minutes of direct sunlight exposure daily can increase low vitamin D3 levels which can help fight cancer.

Cottage Cheese Recipe

 

Ingredients

2 x litres 97% fat free milk (if underweight use Full Fat Milk)

1 x litre tub of Low fat Greek Yoghurt (Farmers Union)

Method

Bring 2 litres of fat-free milk to boil on low heat.

Let it rise up a little before taking it off the hot plate.

Add a third of the 1-litre tub of yoghurt and stir. (Do this in two stages, add a little and stir gently, then add the rest of the yoghurt and keep stirring gently with a spoon until it breaks and goes to a clear liquid. If it doesn’t break you can add an extra tablespoon of yoghurt to get it to break.)

Leave for 10 mins.

Strain and cool for a further 30 mins.  Place in glass bowl with lid in fridge.

How to Eat

Take half of Cottage Cheese from bowl and add 3 tabs of Flaxseed Oil.

Place in bowl and use stick blender to mix for 1 minute. (Flaxseed Oil will disappear)

Once made you can add 1 or 2 fresh fruits (not frozen berries, melons or citrus)

1 x teaspoon Pure Organic Honey sourced from Beekeeper. (Optional)

 

Eat straight away – never store.
